At Bold Roots®, we operate through limited releases and small-batch production. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the exclusive nature of our drops:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
This applies to:
- Limited drops
- Pre-orders
- Discounted items
- Promotional items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement (if stock allows)
- Store credit
- Or a refund (at our discretion)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced specifically for each customer.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled
- Pre-orders cannot be refunded
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
Production begins after your order is confirmed.
4. Incorrect Size Orders
Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
We are not responsible for sizing errors made by customers.
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
5. Shipping Delays
Shipping times may vary due to:
- High-demand drops
- Production timelines
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Holidays or peak seasons
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Bold Roots® is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen parcels
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
8. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
