Bold Roots® does not store any credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on product type (in-stock vs. pre-order).

5.2 Shipping

Shipping fees and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Bold Roots® is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs
• Weather
• Carrier errors
• Unreachable delivery addresses

5.3 International Shipping

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of limited drops, custom production, and pre-orders:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions apply only in cases where:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product received does not match the order
