At Bold Roots®, we operate through exclusive limited drops and small-batch production. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours.
However, during high-demand drops, processing times may be extended.
Limited Drops & High-Volume Releases
Due to the nature of exclusive launches, orders may require additional preparation time for:
- Quality control
- Packaging
- Volume management
Processing delays during major drops are normal and do not qualify for refunds.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow the production timeline specified on the product page.
Production begins after purchase confirmation.
Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and may vary.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Morocco)
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs and destination country.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

All fees are displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect information is entered:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bold Roots® is not responsible for:
- Lost parcels
- Stolen packages
- Delivery issues at the destination
